We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rainbow Cleaning System; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all components and original packaging are included to qualify for a return processing.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your System
Carefully place the Rainbow unit and all accessories back into their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Securely tape the box and affix the provided prepaid shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned system, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
